ezVoteOnline is the EASIEST and LEAST EXPENSIVE way for your organization to quickly setup a ballot and take a vote. First you signup by entering the name of your organization and contact information for the owner of the ballot. Next, create a ballot, select the start & stop time for the voting period, and start adding questions & candidates/answers. Finally, upload your voter list. Once everything is setup, complete your payment through PayPal, sit back, relax and wait for the ballots to roll in. To provide you with an accurate cost for our service, we need a little more information. Please email info@ezVoteOnline.com and we'll provide you with a written quote. Yes, we know there are some people who still don't have email. For those people, you can setup 'proxy-vote' managers or you can have us Fully Manage your election. Proxy Managers can enter the ballot answers for people who still prefer 'old school' paper ballots. See our Hybrid Elections page. As soon as the voting period ends, your results are available for viewing & downloading. If you select 'Transparent' voting, you can see the results throughout the voting period. We offer several different levels of security, from Fully-Transparent (like 'a show of hands'), to Absolute Anonymous Voting where not even the administrators can see who voted for what! Except for authenticating your Voters, we don't do anything with voter email address. We hate getting spam just as much as you do, so your voter email addresses will never leave our database. Upon completing their ballot, voters may request an email receipt of their completed ballot. (see our 'Email Policy' for more information)
